Well, now that the Marine Corps Marathon and the Richmond Marathon have come and gone, my 2015 racing year is winding down… So, what’s next for me? More on that in a minute.  😉 I felt great after finishing Richmond, like best I have ever felt after a marathon…  Still, I took the entire week off following the race.  I didn’t run, even though I was tempted to lace up my shoes every time I saw someone out on a {Read More}

We pushed our long run, (usually on Saturday) to Monday because of the holiday.  So the week started with 16 miles.  Not a bad run, but we (my husband and I), got a pretty late start so it was midday and super hot by the time we finished, and our pace was slower {Read More}
