Summer is heating up, which means it’s the perfect time to start planning your fall races! Last year, about this time, I was feeling a little worn out and decided not to run a fall marathon.  I felt like I needed a break.  However, that break lasted a lot longer than I planned… and while I did run a spring marathon and a couple of halves, my training has been extremely unfocused.  And those races were pretty mediocre.
