Week 12 of Richmond Marathon Training

Another week down!  Less than 4 weeks before I run my next marathon! This week’s training wasn’t terribly noteworthy.  Coming off of a less than stellar 20 mile run; Monday – Rest day Tuesday – 4.15 miles on the treadmill.  I was pretty glad to have a shorter run scheduled, it gave me an extra day for my tired legs. Hello August! Bring it on!
