Surviving The Season with the Holiday Sweat Challenge

Now that my training for the Richmond Marathon is over, (You can read about it here), I’m feeling a little lost.  Its time to drop my mileage just a bit, but still keep my fitness level up before I start training for Spring races.  (Which by the way, I still haven’t decided which ones to run!)

So what am I going to do in the meantime?!

Well, when I saw that Amanda at Run to the Finish was partnering with SweatGuru and hosting the Holiday Sweat Challenge, of course I signed up right away.  It’s just what I need for these few weeks between training.  Especially during this time of year, because well…  I really like Christmas cookies!

What is the Holiday Sweat Challenge?  It’s a 6 week challenge (Nov 24 – Jan 5) to help keep you on track with your fitness/ nutrition goals through the holiday season.  It includes weekly emails, an exclusive Facebook group, and lots of prizes!

This is the 7th year for this Challenge (previously called the Holiday Bootie Buster Challenge), but this is my first time participating, and I am super excited to join!
