Quick HIIT Workout and a Fuel for Fire Review

I received this product for free from Moms Meet to use and post my honest opinions. Compensation for this post was provided, however all opinions are my own.

Quick HIIT Workout

Just one week until the unofficial start of Summer!  Is anyone else ridiculously busy with end-of-the-school-year activities?!  If so, you’re in luck!  This post is for you…  First, a review of a product that is perfect for those busy time crunched days and second, a quick HIIT workout you can fit into even the busiest days!

When I was offered the opportunity to try Fuel For Fire Fruit + Protein Smoothies I was pretty stoked, they sounded awesome; a convenient snack
made from real food that provided natural energy to fuel and recover from
my workouts, with the added benefit of whey protein included.

A little bit about Fuel for Fire Smoothie:

• Fuel For Fire Fruit + Protein Smoothie is made with 100% real fruit
puree and quality whey protein isolate that is 99.8% lactose free.

• It contains no gluten, soy, nuts, GMOs, fat, or added sugar.

•  These pouches do not need refrigeration,
but taste great when chilled.

• Fuel For Fire Fruit + Protein Smoothies come in 5 great flavors: Banana Cocoa, Strawberry Banana, Coffee, Tropical, and Sweet Potato Apple.

Coffee flavor was my favorite!

So, what did I think?

They were great!  The perfect on-the-go snack on a busy day.  The flavors were all yummy, (Although the Sweet Potato Apple kind of reminds me of the pouches I gave my kids when they were young).   Each pack  is less than 125 calories, which makes it a delicious alternative to protein bars, energy drinks, pre-made
shakes, and yogurt.
