Join Me as We Run Around the World!

What would happen if girls ran the world?!

I’m so excited to announce that I am teaming up with If Girls Ran the World and Fit Approach to virtually run around the world!  We’ll be raising funds and awareness that will benefit charities that work to empower women and girls every day.

If Girls Ran the World Virtual Run!

24,901 miles by October 31st

This October, as part of the If Girls Ran the World event, people around the world will collectively and virtually run around the world raising funds and awareness to empower girls globally.

Every dollar raised empowers girls around the world to live healthy, full, meaningful lives.

I am confident that anything is possible when girls and women are empowered.  So how can I help?  Well, in addition to logging my running miles, and spreading the word, I have set a goal to raise $250 for The Hunger Project, one of the If Girls Ran the World charity partners.
I am so honored to be able to use my love of running to do something important!

What can you do to help?

If you’d like, you can visit my fundraising page, and choose to donate.  Any amount would be absolutely appreciated!

Or, you could register yourself and join us as we collectively run around the world raising funds and awareness to empower girls globally. Whether you run once or everyday, raise $10 or $10,000, your time, effort, energy and voice will change lives and build communities all over the world.

Run wherever and whenever and track your miles through Strava or MapMyFitness during the month long virtual challenge to add to our collective progress. Share your story with friends and family to raise funds for the cause that means the most to you.  From October 1 – 31, get out and run. Run daily to win cool prizes and unlock fun rewards. Share your runs on social media and inspire others to join the movement.

Interested in Registering yourself?  You’re in luck!  If Girls Ran the World has given me a free registration, ($25 value), to give away to three of my readers!

Just leave me a comment letting me know which charity you would choose, and I will pick 3 winners Sunday night, (8/28).

This October, let’s lace up our running shoes together to make a difference!
