Week 15 of Richmond Marathon Training

Week 13 of Richmond Marathon Training – Peak Week

And just like that…  It’s time to taper! Ah!  I am getting so close to race day!  This was a big running week.  (perhaps that’s why I am almost a week late in posting about it?)  😉 Tuesday –  4.4 miles Wednesday – 12 Miles Thursday – 6 miles Friday – rest day Saturday – 5 miles Sunday – 22 miles! Week 12 of Richmond Marathon Training

Another week down!  Less than 4 weeks before I run my next marathon! This week’s training wasn’t terribly noteworthy.  Coming off of a less than stellar 20 mile run; Monday – Rest day Tuesday – 4.15 miles on the treadmill.  I was pretty glad to have a shorter run scheduled, it gave me an extra day for my tired legs. Week 11 of Richmond Marathon Training
